Welcome to DocVerify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DocVerify mobile application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DocVerify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DocVerify is a mobile application designed for medical marketing professionals to verify and track doctor visits. The Service includes:

• GPS location tracking for visit verification
• Photo capture and verification
• OTP confirmation via WhatsApp
• Real-time dashboards and visit tracking
• Role-based access for Employers and Marketers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Ensuring accurate visit verification data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false or misleading visit verification data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.

5.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees, if applicable, will be charged according to the pricing plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DocVerify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DocVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DocVerify harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• You fail to pay applicable fees

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws
• Jurisdiction: Courts of India

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
